These Payment Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made through our website or in-person relating to ticket sales, merchandise, and other services for our PC LAN Gaming Event.

Other payment methods as stated at checkout
All payments must be completed in full before access or participation in the event is granted.
All prices are listed and processed in GBP. Any applicable taxes or fees will be added at checkout.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided. This email will include:
Your order ID
Payment method
Purchased tickets or items
Total paid
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@xlinegamers.com
Our website uses secure encryption protocols to protect your payment information. We do not store your card details on our servers.
All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the original purchase.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
If the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. For rescheduled events, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If you believe your payment was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved disputes may result in being banned from future events.
We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
